For as long as I can remember, I have always been overweight. Always. I have decided to take control back and loose at least 27 pounds by the time I turn 25. I would like to loose more than that, but for now that is my goal. I currently weigh 254 and I am 5'3" which puts me in the morbidly obese category. My ultimate weight loss goal is to loose 100 pounds and get down to 150. I don't have a time frame, if I did, I think I would not so this the healthy way. I am using this blog to help motivate myself. I am not good at personal motivation, but I think that if I have to keep a public record of my journey, then that should be enough motivation for me. So, here goes nothing!!! :)

Goal Weight: 227
How to do it?: Eliminate soft drinks, fast food, over indulgent in carbs, drink lots of water, and EXERCISE!!!

That's a good goal to start with, because it's attainable! I lost 20 pounds in less than 4 months and my goal was to lose 15 in 7 months. Once you get rolling, it's not hard to lose that first 10% of body weight.
